Introduction
NIMAGEN is created to provide simple statistical and visualisation tools for neuroimaging genetics studies. Tools used are primarily built on top of statsmodels, scipy, scikit-learn, matplotlib and many others. Please see the underlying source code for more information and relevant citation if needed.
